Is the "is over of" method applicable here? I did (3000/x)=(14/100).

I'm not sure what the "is over of" method is, but you've set up the equation perfectly: (3000/x)=(14/100)

But aren't "all unicycles purchased in 2006 is approximately 3000 because the graph say so? So shouldn't the answer be 14% of 3000?

The graph on the left side represents the number of unicycles that Rideco sold (not the number of unicycles sold worldwide).

So, in 2006 Rideco sold 3000 unicycles, and this represents 14% of the unicycles sold worldwide.

In other words, 3000 = 14% of the worldwide unicycle sales.

I was confused because I didn't differentiate between Rideco and Worldwide sales.
