For questions with fraction answer what if we put hyphen in numerator and denominator? Like -2/-3 DOes it convert to 2/3?

My first response is "Why would you do that?" :-)

Although I haven't tested it myself, I'm reasonably confident that -2/-3 would be considered the same as 2/3

Do significant figures comes into play for the rounding of numbers?

The answer is no - we don't consider significant figures.

As part of your preparation, work on adopting the proper mindset/attitude on test day. This will do wonders for your score.
